[MD] What is the oppostite of Quality?

Hi Andre

What a great quote! I remember thinking what a treasure trove I'd
received from Robert Pirsig when he first sent me his annotations.
Each one seemed like a little gold nugget to be secretly hoarded. But
then I thought how much others would enjoy them too. Thanks for
reminding me of that moment.
