Yes & that's why they are examples of the biological level.
When an infant is born knowing who the pope is & what value those green
paper rectangles have, then you'll have the data (npi) you seek.

Imitation, attachment, smiling, and babbling are all social patterns. They
involve the interaction of con-specifics. That's what social patterns are.
Popes, names and money are intellectual patterns that serve social
functions.

Think "institutional facts" & then you'll understand the social (=
institutional) level.

Institutions are subsets of the social level and relatively modern
innovations at that. Institutions arise with the dawn of history and cities.
