[MD] nature or religion?

I loved Avatar. And heaven forbid we "worship" 
nature rather than some graybeared man floating 
in the clouds who shouts out orders we must 
"obey" lest we find our souls cast for all 
eternity into a sea of molten rock. Oh, and along 
the way don't forget to pay your tithes...
