This all depends how one understands the terms Andre.
Quality is...being is...experience is...
Calling experience "Quality" is indeed Pirsigs idea.
But if you are equating Quality with experience in the
understanding of the meaning of the term, then yes
Quality is not Pirsigs alone.

static representations as Aristotle layed down are general enough also
in fact, they both are a collection of the most general things we can
say about experience. Both Pirsig and Aristotle are doing the same
thing ,a way of ordering experience within a framework.
