[MD] Where does logic itself belong inside the MOQ?

The logic issue stopped me in my tracks for a while, it looked like 
logic (the simplest of which is 1+1=2, but really is enormous edifice of 
relationships) precedes everything - Quality included - but I have 
relegated it the role of the inorganic level's "carbon" and feel 
comfortable with it. Any particulars here are beyond my tether.
