Judgement is about static patterns of value (The judge thinks about the
arguments presented in trial)

Judgement comes from static patterns of value, (The judge considers the law)

Judgment creates static patterns of value (The judge bangs his gavel, makes
a choice and it is law)


Seems plain to me then that Judgement is the same as DQ - or as Ron put it
more elegantly, it's judgement upon judgement, all the way down.
