But again what is the argument that 2) [or 3)] entails 3.5? I have provided an
argument for my position that shows premise 3.5) is unnecessary. You have
just asserted 3.5) without any proof of its relevance.

Its relevance is that it must be so. You might want to avoid it in your bullet
points, but it is there or else you would be unable to claim 2).
You are using it as a foundation, and then saying its irrelevant to what you
say. I am simply saying, what you say is true, but its dishonest not to
acknowledge the foundation that makes it so.

I can conclude that as an agent freely able to act on the uncertain, your
choice is not certain, but freely probable.
