Hello

Should the same concept of 'localism' also apply to advertisers that are
created by an advertisement company in N.Y. to sell soap made in Chicago,
to the residents of California.

My point is, Communities across the country, and across the world, are
being told what to buy and where to spend their money. In the end the
profits are leaving the local towns, states, even the country from which
they are being generated.

I am not saying that taxes paid in one state or one country should
support a welfare system in another. My point is should corporate
influence be limited to the region they are in.
