I agree with your frustration expressed in your earlier post and empathise
completely but... thinking along a bit... do you really want him to give you
IKEA answers?

I'd like clear answers and articulation to his theory, yes. I am not talking
about snaring Quality in rhetoric, I am talking about his MOQ. My point is that
if the stated goal is to allow the MOQ to evolve organically, much of his
silence actually hinders that (IMHO).
