And FYI Arlo, Pirsig's latest communique was: "If the SOL has value it will
percolate to the top"  and it seems to be on its way up. Please stop this
slanderous way of debating.

Get a grip, Bo. You really love the persecuted victim, all the while yourself
slandering everyone who dares oppose your genius.

My point is valid, and it stands. Pirsig's MOQ is NOT the SOL. He has said this
clearly. In Pirsig's MOQ, SOM is but one intellectual pattern, dominant in the
West. YOUR MOQ, distinct from Pirsig's, has SOM as the entirety of the
intellectual level.

Two. Separate. Ideas. One Pirsig's. The other yours.

You can, as I said to Platt, validly attempt to argue that your MOQ is better
than Pirsig's MOQ. But you can NOT argue it is what Pirsig "meant", as you and
the few others who have bought into your idea keep trying to claim.
