Hi Dan,

Thanks for this reminder of MOQ's "essence." We can wallow in SOM arguments 
until the cows come home, all the while losing sight of what's right in front 
of our faces -- Quality experience. Lest we forget, Pirsig showed us the way:

While sustaining biological and social patterns 
Kill all intellectual patterns.
Kill them completely
And then follow Dynamic Quality 

Easier said than done, but worth the effort.
