[Bo]
"Substitution of a conceptual order for the perceptual order in which
his experience originally comes." means that in the mind of man there
is constructed a SUBJECTIVE shadow of reality as it OBJECTIVELY
is.

[Krimel]
I don't think this works this way. But sticking with your terminology; the
subjective cannot be purely "subjective" since it involves the processing of
sensory input. Neither can we say that sensory input is purely "objective"
in the sense of being "the way it is." Sensory input is limited in both
bandwidth and frequency, so that all of what is "out there" never gets "in
here".

[Bo]
So again: Intellect is NOT solely the conceptual order (mind) itself,
but the aggregate of - or distinction between these two "orders".

[Krimel]
Intellect as opposed to the intellectual level is processing. It is taking
current sensory input and comparing to stored sensory experiences from the
past to produce a model of the future. In fact almost all sensory input
enters the brain through the thalamus in the mammalian brain. From there it
travels to two other regions of the mammalian brain. In the hypothalamus
begins the process of storing input into memory. In the amygdala data is
sorted according to Value. Is it good or bad. And in fact that evaluation of
good or bad is an integral part of our memories.

[Bo]
See DMB, your assertion that James' "Reality/Concept" corresponds to the
DQ/SQ is wrong.

[Krimel]
Wow, you reckon Dave knows we agree on this. I bet if he did he could figure
out some reason why we don't. Let's just make it our little secret.

On the other hand it corresponds to SOM and the
SOL is affirmed ....again and again!
