I think the gypsy with the guitar is finished. I have spent some time looking at this painting with a need to make it more 'clever', but I fear that is my ego. Now that I've decided to call it finished, it feels good. The next painting will be a old (not too old) woman bathing naked and alone in a stream. I simply love the idea. I can imagine her living in a tree. Marsha ___
