[Case]

Think of it this way. If all you have is disorder, anything at all that you
can do inside that disorder will create order. It requires very little
energy to create order out of disorder. A common example would be radio
waves. Normally they are just white noise but if you inject a little energy
it becomes your favorite tune and this tune is then broadcast into space
where supposedly it could be picked up on a receiver light years away.

Case

That direction seems OK. I see DQ as being infinitely full of potential. So
disorder only occassionally tips into order, and finds something repeatable
and valuable, I think we require some explanation of these latches,
otherwise why would we not have only chaos. And consciousness clearly seems
to be an ordering process.
