First off, let me apologize for attributing your statement to Arlo. I
couldn't locate the original post and got confused in distinguishing the
">" from the and ">>" references. (It it's any consolation, I've been
known to do this with other people.)

Actually, I am having to say that in your latest response to Ham, I find
nothing to disagree with you on. Indeed, when you say, "I've never been
inside an iron filing, but it's behavior
might suggest that it finds a magnet rather beautiful", I think you capture
the MOQ quite elegantly.
One thing I may do is suggest retitling the subject to read "Is Quality
Value?". Suggesting it is "a" value, suggests there are "values" that are
not "Quality". No?
