Who pray tell is qualified to take out a loan? Kids? Recipients of
meals on wheels? I'll tell you who is qualified -- those with "ability"
to repay the loan. Remember? "From each according to his abilities . .
.?" And what banker in his right mind is going to reduce the 5.5% going
rate on loans to 4% if the borrower agrees to make sure Granny takes
her pills? How in heaven's name would anyone make sure such a promise
was kept? Who would want to?

And you accuse me of ad hominem attacks? What a joke. I'm a fool? No,
you're a fool -- a blind fool at that. So there.
The rest of your post, full of all CAPS SHOUTING, simply shows your
desperation. And in repeating your frantic question . . .
> why is it "Marxist" to offer REDUCED interest
> rates to ANYONE in exchange for public service?
. . . you simply can't see that no one would voluntarily "offer" such
reduced interest rates and that to put your social engineering proposal
into effect would require force. Like any good Marxist, you find
nothing wrong with using a policeman's or soldier's gun to achieve
"social equality."
Looking forward to your next proposal to enact your Marxist Utopia. :-)
