In their proffessional capacity almost nothing, all research is basically
funded for drug discovery and disease treatment.
They could be described as pragmatic objectivists but the research says
nothing about the beliefs.
One colleague of mine was a devout muslim who believed literally in the 3000
year odd timescale for the beginning of time, yet conducted experiments
underpinned by theories and modes of action that use evolutionary
principles.
There is to my knowledge no current "industry standard" veiw of what
consciousness is, it should be remembered that this is not a unionised
group, there are no doubt a range of philosophies touted by a range of
neuroscientists, I think the proffession of the philosopher has little to do
with the philosophy presented.
