Hi Craig,

For many years, I was a programmer in a Manufacturing Systems 
Department working on Inventory Control.  Counting votes is simple 
arithmetic and there is no need for it to be proprietary.  Unless, of 
course, there is something to hide.  And it is so easy to make 
adjustments to the count.  And without a paper trail, it is pure 
lunacy to use electronic voting machines.
