Well, I've never seen a photo or video of this social "web," but
I have several photos of the Atlantic ocean where one can sink
or swim. As for control of the "web," when you say "collectively"
do you mean by voting? Or as I prefer, by free exchange of goods,
services and ideas in the marketplace -- the invisible hand?
