Mike, Khaled,

I've said my stuff on this subject - and I'm glad to see the whole
Moselm / Zionist / Oil&Gas / Nuclear debate as single subject - 'cos
that's what it is.

Talking of cool heads, and the Rodney King parallel ... There was a
real hot-headed Islamic extremist on BBC Newsnight last night, amongst
several moderates. (He was so extreme in his Islamic world domination
agenda, that most of the others in the debate could only really
ridicule and shame him, but hey, he wasn't in debating mode). The one
thing he did say that we should notice, was about inconsistency and
hypocrisy. His justification of his world-domination agenda was a
reactionary one against what he saw as western hypocrisy.

Consistency of blasphemy and offence side of "free-speech",
consistency of support and condemnation for non-moselm and moselm
aggression and nuclear ambitions. Geo-politics makes it all go to hell
as you put it, because it is forever reducing the public issues to
simple black and white ones.

We need cool heads and plenty of communication.
