Ham, here's a question.

You have a quote in your thesis by Stanford University
physicist Andrei Linde (which ..."takes Wheeler's idea
to the next level," said Ham), "I cannot imagine a
consistent theory of everything that ignores
consciousness," said Andrei LInde.  You may explain
later in your thesis, but what about habit,
unconsciousness, and/or involuntary events such as
digestion?  Where do they fit?
