I'm OK with that, that's at the centre of the "very tiny hole" in his
metaphysics - everything else is explained relative to that.

But you also said ...

Any reason why I shouldn't suggest you are an arrogant, ignorant,
patronising imbecile ? Stop telling me what I don't know and stick to
the subject ;-)
