My question would be - if we (The USA, G.B. etc...) have WMD's and ONLY  us 
how does that make a third world country feel? Are we somewhat suppressing  
them in the name of safety? How do you think a country that is not "allowed"  to 
possess the same "peace-keeping" abilities as the big boys do feel after  
watching these big boys do their own damage ( attacks on innocents-yes the USA  
has blood on it's hands like everyone else!)? 
This goes round and round because everyone's views are different.  Britney 
Spears outsells Mozart. Does that make it "right"???
