Most countries have signed the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. So I 
guess they feel OK about keeping those weapons out of the hands of 
Muslim terrorists. But, it's just a guess. Nobody knows how anybody 
"feels," much less an entire country.

Since World War II no "big boy" has set off an atomic bomb. To equate 
the blood spilled by terrorists to that spilled to fight terrorism is 
to grant Muslim radicalism the same moral standing as the West's  
defense of democracy and intellectual values. Pirsig's moral hierarchy 
explains why such parity is flawed.
