[MD] What is the meaning of Value and any relations it may have? (A spin-off topic of: Is Morality innate in the cosmos?)

Ham and others this subject has sprung into a new
topic,
Ham said: "For me, the phrase "always with
itself" implies an identity apart from its being.
This is true for the negate (individual self) but not
for Essence which IS its absolute self. In other
words, Essence has nothing to be "with". Actualized
existence is not something Essence is "with"; it is
how Essence appears to us finitely negated mortals."
We agree on this, I think my use of 'with' is
purely a tool for explanation. Thus, 'always with
itself' means the Absolute Self that Essence is.
Wherever Essence is the Self of Essence is, thus,
Essence is always with itself, because there is
nothing other than Essence. We agree, and if I did
not explain myself well here, honestly, what you typed
above, I agree with.
Ham said: "Something like that. I'm saying that
we have no Essence; we only experience it as a passing
reflection. We are really "outsiders looking in" at
our estranged essence (essent of otherness). That is
why it has such value for us."
Very well put. Yet, Essence is everywhere and is
all, thus, we do have Essence. We might be saying the
same thing, just coming at it from different angles
due to our existence - I don't know.
What is the meaning of Value and how do we have a
sense of longing for something that is already here
with us? What is here with us? I say using Ham's
term, it is Essence, because Essence is All that is
and we are a Part of All that is.
What does anybody think?
