You're dodging. I'm not saying the military occupation is a violation.

It's like you have a not so desirable neighbor. your properties have no
fences. So in order to isolate yourself from him you decide to build one.
Now you know he is bad.
The best thing to do would be to put the fence on his property, or better
yet you say that he might trow garbage over the fence on your property so
you build that fence 20-30-40 feet into his property under the guise of
not wanting him to reach your property with is garbage.

You already knew he was a nut job. What do you think his response will be
when he comes and find out what you did.
Build a catapult? You build a higher fence? you encroach more on his
property to keep your out of his catapult.?

See the Israelis are looking for provocation so they ca go deeper into
your property and built that fence.

It's in their constitution that the promised land is from the Nile to the
Euphrates. 

it becomes a catch 22, they take a foot, you get upset, they take 10 feet
under the cover of security.

Tit for tat. All because it says so on a scroll somewhere.
