[MD] Is democracy intellectual?

Hello,

     The woods those fertile grounds for me, reaching
and holding what is us.  God is in my heart, and
thought is considered, let that which is to be
discussed be discussed and yet, I have heard many
times in my life - that's too deep for me can't we
just have fun!  Joy is joy, yet, a society full of
Quality would be not just an effort for valued joy but
an alert to what is happening and what we ought to do
next, if the need be.
     My way of discussion is woodsy at times, but I
think this timeless place to humans always known at
our birth as earth with sky relates with me something
simple, yet, as profound as any shooting star.  
     Ever go for a walk, sure you have if you can, but
where?  What have you seen as you've walked?  Let's go
on a walk in the woods if we may.  Birds are singing,
and I am hearing all kinds of sounds.  The creek
nearby, the wind blowing in my ear, and a stick falls,
but once, but we heard it didn't we.  What meaning
could we find along the way that will guide us, us as
a society?  Might it be the way those bare winter
trees stand rooted upon the hills.  Might it be the
chipmunk chattering in a run to hide... a kingfisher
flies by hungry for... a fish.  Who is dictating or
voting these sounds to be heard that I would have to
listen to and conform to in the way I have to walk
over the hill to get over the hill that I am already
walking over.  It must be done as I am doing it, no
questions asked, no vote, just me wits as I walk.  I
am walking, but who am I to say what is upon this walk
you look and see for yourself.  How do we do this
together?  Well, we put one foot in front of the
other, but you did that yourself.  And in-between
those words we share the crow will interject
something, too.

     Is democracy intellectual?  As intellectual as
the intellect that is the democracy intellectualizing,
and could government be something else?  Well, on my
walk I guess a government, a sharing of people, an
order for the people, a social structure combining
with the biology of the people could be that bird
flying by right over there, See it?  I believe that
sound of the intellectual government will sound just
like that blue jay.  Have you figured out that sound
of the blue jay or do you just listen?  I listen and
figure out I hear a blue jay, a real live blue jay.
