As Marsha ( I believe) said in an email couple of days ago. Unless you
are the one displaced from your home, or live in a war zone, you  don't
know what it's like.

It's like the mess that happened in New Orleans. I saw the special on TV
predicting what will happen there when the levy brakes. All the
scientists interviewed said it's not a matter of IF but it's a matter of
WHEN.

And that goes to that part of the world, it's not a matter of If but
when.

For everything there is a price. yes you can maintain a scientific
station at the south pole. it costs $1,000 per person per day. 
We can build a space station, it costs $10,000 to lift a pound of
anything out there. That's $80,000 per gallon of water.

So when you try to establish nations, religions, political system is
foreign and sometimes hostile environment, sooner or later you have to
pay the piper.

Do you think all these Indian casinos across the country are going the
nation any good? All that money that can go into the local economy are
going where?
