What would be too easy is quoting long passages of Pirsig so you
wouldn't have to make the effort to find out what he says about Dynamic
and static Quality. As for Dynamic discussion, I hope you don't define
it as everyone agreeing on everything.

What about free-thinking individuals who love the benefits afforded by
science and technology (solar power for instance) and all the choices
it permits one to have? Are you dismissing them?

Not "any" disputes and problems, just those where my opponent wants to
kill me. I gather you either don't believe Bin Laden when he says he
wants to destroy you and me, or else your don't care. I haven't figured
out yet which it is.
