Hi Kevin,
MoQ is indeed silent on many specifics, as written in Lila (and ZMM implicitly)
I would say it is "agnostic" on theism, hence both theists and
atheists (like myself) can identify with most of it - one of the
reasons I find so much promise in the MoQ.(Which isn't to say the MoQ
is agnostic on religious mysticism - that is very much a part of it.)
As to which of the references is the "final word" on defining what the
MoQ is, I would say none of these (fortunately) - it's dynamic with
the basis of it's own evolution. Whilst we debate what MoQ "means" we
must not get sidetracked by "definitions", which are too static -
hence the perennial irrelevance of "defining" DQ.
As to "negative" arguments - I think that is the nature of discussion
forums - to debate what is contentious, not what is accepted. Hang in
there :-)
