The "bone in your nose, that's my line"
He stole my line, here is a rerun of a conversation a while back. Goes to
show that some people learn and some don't

Agree to that. What I refer to is moral elitism, not mental elitism, you
know, the people who think they know what's best for you and me and are
willing to use force to impose their ideas on us, taking away our freedom
to decide for ourselves.

What do you mean by "good stewardship?" How do you define "equality?" I
thought you favored elitism. Please explain.

That conversation got nowhere. The point I was trying to make is that as
much as we love to be egalitarian and have an equal society such things
may never happen. Each one of us knows our strengths and weaknesses. We
take risk, work hard and make more money than the bum who dropped out of
school. That's the way it is.
The vital word becomes stewardship. I am not talking a welfare system,
just to keep things in a balance.
When I suggested that to Platt, he said I was succumbing to blackmail.
He does equate that with stewardship and taking care of your fellow man.
