i am totally embracing the new age, man.
seriously.

you know the australian aboriginal term 'dreaming'? it
is a metaphysical term that describes the creation of
the world, literally. the world is dreamed into
existence (every moment you could say). at this moment
this 'dreaming' is still largely unconscious(social
level patterns); we are conditioned to perceive/create
a certain world and this conditioning operates
sub-consciously, ie below conscious awareness. 

the new age is a shift to 'conscious dreaming'. a bit
like bill hick's idea that mankind's collective
unconscious isn't meant to remain unconscious ('counts
of the netherworld' idea has huge promise i
reckon....any takers?....i always wanted to get round
in a dressing gown). 

this process of the unconscious becoming conscious is
basically the process of human evolution, and it
operates entirely at the individual level; it is
obviously more intellectual than social.
this is a big shift we are talking about here. about
as big as it gets.  a consciously dreamed reality is
the 'heaven on earth' that jc was on about a while
back.

so go the new age i reckon! and i believe in pyramid
power, crystals and astrology....and a whole lot of
other stuff. 

funnily enough the 'aboriginal dreamtime', i think,
also refers to a time when 'conscious dreamers' were
on the planet thousands of years ago. who they
