Hello,
Heather is my wife. I just thought I'd let you know
since the email heading does have just her name on it,
but it is me, her husband, that is discussing. I am
going by the name Spiritual Adirondack or SA or
whatever, this is just to clarify the gender talking
here, but not to stray to far from this MOQ
discussion...
These expectations you talk about are what I have in
the past referred to as what we already know, at least
I believe that is what we are saying. To use these
expectations about the universe is to use what I know
about the universe to come up with something new about
the universe. It is not going to happen, because if I
am not sure about something or want to learn more, yet
still rely on what I know to learn more will keep me
using the same knowledge over and over again. This
gets me no where if my intention is to go somewhere,
in the sense of changing or allowing my view to change
with current events. I expect the world to be what I
think it is and use these expectations to view the
world, as I expect or think or use my knowledge to
view this universe. If this previous sentence is how
I would go about directing my view or learning of this
universe, then the universe would end up being none
other than what I think, know and learning? Well, of
course I would be learning nothing new. I would be in
a rut and stuck in the same knowledge thinking I am
getting onto something, meanwhile in a couple of
minuties, hours, days or months, I may eventually
realize I am viewing from the same paradigm and must
somehow not use my thoughts anymore to learn something
else. To use your term, I cannot expect to change
with the days and nights unless I open my life to
something other than my thoughts or expectations that
had. I need to be aware of what I experience now.
SA
