Greetings all,

Well, I'm with Platt and David H. on this one.  I think it is up to 
the individual, when necessary, to choose the best course of action 
using his/her mind.  Not all experiences require deliberation, but 
when they do the right action should be chosen at the Intellectual 
Level with appropriate consideration given to the events unique 
circumstances.
