[MD] Falsifiability

Hi all,

I forget who talked about falsifiability as the requirement for a valid scientific theory. There was a mention of Popper. Does anyone have a good reference that you could point me towards to read up on Popper or the current ideas about the philosophy of science?

I'm specifically wondering in what way is evolutionary theory falsifiable.  Also, is creationism falsifiable?
