And now you understand why most of us give up on platt after a while. It is
absolutely guaranteed to lead nowhere useful.

Someone just posted a thread about gumption traps. Maybe we should all go
read up on "value rigidity". Maybe by we I mean Platt. How knows! I doubt it
would help.
