Nothing, except you are certain in the knowledge that reality is provisional,
then turn around and say we can't know anything for certain. Apparently the
contradiction doesn't faze you. To each his own . . . :-)

The "contradiction" shouldn't "faze" anyone. As had been said many times,
recursion and paradox are at the core of ANY attempt to symbolically codeify
"reality". Each time you make "a ha!" statements like the above, I am forced to
chuckle, as if there is some codeified representation of reality that DOESN'T
contain recursion and paradox. And, I should point out, recursion and paradox
are not "bad", they are wonderously beautiful.
