I may or may not be certain to believe anything you say since you are never 
certain about anything.

"Conscious" is widely understood term. To say you don't know what it means
suggests you're avoiding my question. Which is OK since you are not certain you
have answer anyway.

Why is it evil to slash and clear cut the Amazon? You seem to be certain 
that it is despite your assertions that nothing is certain.
