Platt I made the point clearly enough already, before you fell silent ...
If you think Ayn Rand's main message in Atlas Shrugged is "Each to his
own" as you put it, then, or "Judge for yourself" as you've put it now
...
(a) I'm profoundly disappointed that's all you see worth recommending, and
(b) I think she says a lot more, some of which I agree with suprisingly enough,
I've blogged at length what I think (so far) but I'm conscious I've
not finished it yet, and conscious "her" words are put in the mouths
of a range of different characters - so I'm trying to do her justice,
before drawing any conclusions.
Quite simply, as you seem to be her advocate, what do you think her
main message is ? so I can look out for it. I'd hate to miss it.
