Hi Mike,

Thanks for sending along the correspondence between
you and Paul. I have a lot of respect for his
explanantions of the MOQ in general.

It was hard for me to follow since I was sort of
jumping in at the middle/end, but Matt's comments
pretty much cleared it up for me.
