Thanks, Steve & Gene for identifying the context.  Insofar as static capitalism is thought of as "guided by mindless traditions" to "cover-up for the rich in their age-old exploitation of the poor", I see what he means.  My support is for the "free market as a "Dynamic institution"  whose "diversity is more capable of responding to Dynamic Quality".
