So biology is also the individual level?

The problem is, I could define Any level as the Individual level and make an
argument for it. Since an individual is created by the levels. Only
individual human beings behave socially. Why not call that the Individual
level? It makes no sense. The individual can not be placed on a single
level, Because it is made of all of them.
