Just a couple of quick comments because I am really pressed for time
myself this morning.

Note how similar the idea of “edge of chaos” is to the idea of the Tao. It
is that undefined, unpredictable edge of experience, of life itself where
order and disorder are in balance. It is the path of life. It is “The
Way”. It is precisely these ideas that I think Pirsig overlooked when
calling the Tao; Quality. As the Chinese say the beginning of wisdom is
calling things by their proper names.

As for Platt’s contention that the MoQ.org is all about morality all I can
say is: maybe, but only if you recognize this element of harmony. Platt’s
ongoing political debate with Arlo is shining example of a recursive
argument. A major topic comes up and round after round of debate ensues
following small points down a rabbit hole. Again we see the fractal
structure of thought.
