Not all of us dismiss Pirsig's first book (or many parts of his second) because
it doesn't fit in with our political agenda. What you call "new age hippie
ideas", I call understanding what Quality *IS*, before you make that first
metaphysical split. And, yes, I will stick to these "Pirsigian" beliefs,
despite those who would prefer to sweep anything Pirsig said that doesn't
advance the Party under the rug.
