No one on here is going to deny the need for a little dynamic quality
of disharmony and unbalance in any aspect of life, evolution included.
It's all evolution anyway.
It is a sad caricature of those with only passing acquaintance with
evolution, that somehow such competitive dynamism is seen as the main
driver of evolution.
Nature red in tooth and claw, is only the destructive part of it.
Weeding out the least fit.
Genetic mutation is for the most part entirely random, nothiong to do
with competition. Furthermore, no new species ever emerged without the
nurture and protection of either a society or an environmental
segregation from those alternative genotypes or memotypes bent on
destruction.
The MoQ does need a place of nurture, like any fragile new life form.
