I think I'm understanding your individual level pov better.  Moving 
to the Intellectual Level frees an individual from the blind thought 
conformity to the Social Level.  In the Intellectual Level, one can 
learn and experience that 'Meine Gedanken sind frei'.  Eventually one 
can even leave thoughts behind to experience events in a more 
dynamic, direct way.  This is not a shared thought experience, but by 
individual realization.
