Aside from cases where ideas exists in books, there are cases like when the Senate Labor Committee thinks the minimum wage should be $10/hr., even though no individual thinks the minimum wage should be that.  (Half the committee [Democrats] think it should be $11/hr. & the other half [Republicans] think it should be $9/hr.)
Also we can't rule out a priori that someday humans will be capable of mental telepathy--perhaps using brain waves--& that we will think simultaneously with others in a kind of parallel processing.
