I don't see any Muslims on your list but the best estimate of American genocide
of native people suggests that the population of North American peoples was
between 1.2 and 12 million in 1492. It was reduced to under 250,000 by 1900.

Case, Case, Case... don't you know? The Indians killed THEMSELVES OFF. Just
before we got here. Pretty convenient for us, I'd say. But that's The
Plattman's version. At least last time we talked about Indians. 

Yep, so there were only about 10 or so when we arrived. And we befriended them
all, being the good, wholly moral and virtuous people we are. But go figure,
those 10 went and asked us to put them on a reservation. We said, "no no, come
live with us", but they insisted.
