Thanks Ant, I looked up the synopsis on the link you provided and see that
it contains a discussion of the Ghost Dance. This is of particular interest
to me and I have quite a collection of materials on the subject. Soon time
ago I made a fairly lengthy post on the subject which was universally
ignored. I will be placing my order soon.
