Platt, stop right there. For once you are making sense. Last I checked,
bribery is illegal. SOOOOOOOOOO someone has to go to jail. Do that a few
dozen times and things will fix themselves. We already have all the laws
on hand, it's just that we don't choose to exercise and tend to do
partisan cover up.


The problem in the  U.S. goes straight back to the Constitution which
gave Congress the

No the problem is as YOU have stated above, "pay to play"
